Perdido Bay Country Club Estates consists of a wide range of home styles in Southwest Pensacola. One section, Pale Moon Estates, offers homes overlooking Perdido Bay, while Perdido Bay Villas by the golf course is primarily town homes, and the remaining section surrounding the golf course is single-family homes.
The two-story town homes in Perdido Bay Villas range between 2 and 3 bedrooms with a selection of floorplans to choose from, and many of them offer beautiful golf course views.
Pale Moon Drive boasts water front homes with bay views, and residents can enjoy spectacular sunsets and quick access to the Intracoastal via boat. At the end of the drive is the gated community of Pale Moon Estates and it is the newest section of Perdido Bay Country Club Estates.

The golf course in Perdido Bay Country Club Estates is open to the public 7 days a week, has won multiple awards, and features a putting and chipping green, driving range, and Legends Bar and Grill. Plus, golf professionals are onsite as well.
Perdido Bay Country Club Estates are also located less than 5 minutes from award-winning beaches, restaurants, shopping, and marinas. Commuters can also enjoy a short 30-minute drive into historic downtown Pensacola.
